Hopes & Plans

Welcome to the "hopes & plans" link up! Any hopeful or goal-oriented post is welcome! It can be your life's dreams and aspirations or simply your chore list. Share with us! I hope for this to be a place where we can come to be inspired and motivated by the things other people have in the works.  The possibilities are endless! Most things in life begin by first having a hope and then some kind of plan.

Here's how I did with last week's hopes & plans...

|| Decorate master bedroom wall. Fail! I can't quite decide what I want. Do I want a large leaning mirror or a gallery wall??

|| Wash guest bedroom curtainsCheck. Pretty simple task ;)

|| Purchase something like this for our guest room.  Nope. Apparently I'm dealing with a serious case of indecisiveness. What I really want is to not have carpet in any of our bedrooms... *cough* Kyle *cough*

|| Sign Mallory up for swim lessons. This didn't actually happen, but we did decide to hold off on this until the winter. There is a shortage of baby friendly activities here in the winter, so we think swim lessons would be perfect to fill that void.

|| Update the pages on my blog. Only minor changes, but feels good to clean things up a bit.

This Week's Hopes & Plans

one || Work on Mallory's sleep schedule. Of course, I use the word schedule loosely, but homebaby doesn't really nap and won't go to bed for the night without me. Mama just needs a hot second to herself kid.

two || Clean our windows. So Alaska doesn't do AC in homes... I know, CRAZY! That means our windows spend a lot of time open AKA collecting a shit ton of dirt.

three || Get the ball rolling on Father's Day. It's Kyle's first one and I want to make sure it's special!

four || Plan our summer. How's that for militant? ;) Hey, Alaskan summers are not to be wasted! We have lots of fishing, camping and hiking we want to do and only a few weekends..gotta put some things on the calendar!

five || Revamp my advertising options. I want to create a more structured system for how I work with sponsors. Any advice/feedback is appreciated!!
