Hopes & Plans

Welcome to the "hopes & plans" link up! Any hopeful or goal-oriented post is welcome! It can be your life's dreams and aspirations or simply your chore list. Share with us! I hope for this to be a place where we can come to be inspired and motivated by the things other people have in the works.  The possibilities are endless! Most things in life begin by first having a hope and then some kind of plan.

Hope you had a wonderful weekend! Ours wasn't terribly eventful, but we did manage knock out a little Sunday hike. We hit Independence Mine at Hatcher Pass. We've been meaning to go up there for quite some time... Very cool!

Anyway, here is how I did on last week's hopes & plans...

|| Work on Mallory's sleep schedule. Eh. This obviously isn't something that can be achieved in one short week, but Kyle and I did better managing our expectations and sharing bedtime duties.

|| Clean our windowsDone! I can breathe!

|| Get the ball rolling on Father's Day. I'm putting together a little Father's Day gift guide to share with you :)

|| Plan our summer. Hold that thought...lets talk about this towards the end!

|| Revamp my advertising options"Revamp" was a strong word...more like lower my prices HA! Check out my advertising options here

This Week's Hopes & Plans

one || Shop for new tableware. *Don't have a stroke Kyle, I said shop not buy. We love the mismatched look of our current dishes, and they are special because we got them as wedding gifts, but they constantly chip and crack. :(

two || Try a new dessert recipe. Any ideas or suggestions? I made chocolate chip cookies last week... (original, I know) We are down to try anything!

three || Wake up before Mallory every day this week. Since the kid doesn't nap and goes to bed with us, this is my chance to have alone time. Currently she is going to bed around 11:30pm and waking up for the day around 8:30am. (Ha, that almost sounds like she sleeps through the night...except homebaby still wakes up 2-3 times a night.) If I wake up even an hour before her, that's still plenty of sleep for me and the house will be quiet.

**For next week's link up, I thought it could be fun to share our summer bucket lists! I know we have so many fun things we want to do this summer and it made me curious about your plans.

Soooo. See you next week. Same time. Same place. SUMMER BUCKET LIST STYLE!
