I frequent both Jane & Groopdealz. These are hands down my favorite daily deals sites! 9 times out of 10 the businesses featured on these two sites offer flat rate shipping and don't mark up to ship to Alaska. WIN! Side note : Jane.com just came out with an app and they accept PayPal!
Amazon has become ol' faithful since we moved to Alaska. Well, Amazon Prime has anyway. Like I said, I used to be obsessed with Overstock.com but their shipping rates to the tundra were insane! I get a lot of baby gear and electronic stuff from Amazon.
Like Jane and Groopdealz, ETSY shops usually don't charge more to ship to Alaska. Some of my favorite shops lately are : jennyCmoon, All Things Pretty, and Home Make Over.
Full honesty here, H&M takes a while to get their stuff to my doorstep. However, their pricing is excellent and shipping costs are reasonable. H&M was my go-to for maternity clothing!
Gap :: Not that there is anything particularly exceptional about online shopping with Gap, but I've never had any issues! Their shipping costs are reasonable, clothes get here quickly... What more could I ask for?
Nordstrom :: Free shipping and free returns. Always and forever. SOLD!
I always visit Retail Me Not before I checkout online. Usually I can knock a couple bucks off of my total by simply copy and pasting a coupon code or two.
Alright, we do have a couple of Sephora stores up here, but those samples you get with your online order... ;) For real! No crazy mark ups and things arrive quickly.
I only recently hopped on the Target Red Card wagon, and it's pure gold! I get free shipping and my 5% off at Target.com plus I can stack my coupons! With bigger ticket items, online shopping with Target is the way to go. Check out this post for more ways to save at Target!
Last but not least, my subscription boxes. Can't survive without those babies. ;)
